Working on this… I would like to explore the increased use of human behavior and motivation theories to drive improved compliance. Also the use of systems to improve success rates. I will probably link to the ISO 14001 Env Mgt Systems standard as a model for excellence in environmental management. I am fortunate to have been involved in implementing this standard in the past.
